We have two buses ourselves and run a Historic Island Tour (cost ph = €10) and a Tour of the Island that also incorporates a visit to the cheese making facility, cheese tasting and an introduction to the goats along with a talk by Gabriel on how he manufactures the cheeses (cost  ph = €25) *Prices are negotiable for larger groups please call or email for more information. To be sure of viewing cheese making  you should book a tour rather than just arrive as we are a small boutique business and could be away selling or tending to goats when you arrive.
